Logo design

I have created a logo using Illustrator but I would like a second opinion on it.
I am happy with the colours but I wouldn't mind having a more golden colour and a green that was more vivid and a platinum colour rather than grey.

However if you have any ideas to enhance this logo or a different idea that incorporates these colours I am open to suggestions.

My company is a primarily music company specialising in music publishing and production.
