Information for the business: sell and install is a decking product which is a synthetic Teak
Type of logo: Word mark, Letter form, Abstract mark, Pictorial mark, Emblem
Brand name/slogan in logo: Northeastern Marine Improvements
Ideas for the visual style: nautical themed, nmi, etc
Preferred colors: Orange, blues, greys
Where the design will be used: print, web
Extra notes: I'm building a start up company which will serve the boat owners of the northeastern US. It will be named "Northeastern Marine Improvements, LLC" or something very close to that. It could be nice to have the NMI, LLC called out in the logo. The first product we will sell and install is a decking product which is a synthetic Teak. We will need to include the products company logo on all materials. There will be photos of the product installed on client boats, etc

I need a logo, business cards, and Website. The logo needs to use the name and have subtle yacht/boat/marine aspects. Colors I like are Grey and Orange, but am open to other color suggestions.
