Logo and Slogan for a new property management company

Hi, we\'re starting a new property management company that takes care of buildings/property finances and maintenance. So we\'re looking to design a logo and come up with a slogan. The priority is for the logo which will be placed on business cards, brochure, letterheads, stationary, website, etc...
