Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Industry: Technology
Type of logo: Word mark, Abstract mark, Pictorial mark, Emblem
Brand name/slogan in logo: AwardStage
Ideas for the visual style: We would like to include an icon (nothing abstract or too 'clever'). Needs to look good when small.
Things to avoid: No use of royal blue.
Preferred colors: Any - but need to be vivid.
Where the design will be used: Web, print
Extra notes: We are looking for a designer who can produce branding options for a new, web-based software platform that we are in the final stages of developing. The system will be marketed to a vast range of awards bodies and organisations.
As well as a logo, we would need brand guidelines that include font and colour information, as well as acceptable logo use information.
We would be looking for 3 or 4 initial ideas, followed by an iterative process thereafter to hone the design to completion.
A full brief will be provided to shortlisted designers.
Following the logo development exercise, we will be looking for a designer to design up website page templates for our developers to implement; it is possible that we would use the same designer for this follow-up work, if appropriate.
