I need some help designing a logo

I need a designer who is able to design a logo for an online platform called black queer women uk, which is also abbreviated to BQW with uk "as an indices . It is an online platform for women who are Black and identify as LGBTQA. I would like a powerful but beautiful logo .
Possibly a logo that has the letters
BQW in dripping LGBT colours and a tipped crown at the top of the "W" with uk written in it and the letters black queer women uk written at the bottom in small letters.
This is just an idea and I am open to other suggestions
