I need an illustrated logo

Hi,

I’m looking for someone to provide me with a logo for my new venture 'All Who Sail', which, although it has an intrinsically nautical name, is about launching shiny new businesses, brands and products into the world with help from my naming and writing expertise.

As someone who is ex-advertising, I’m not looking for cookie-cutter clip art, or anything too cartoonish. My desired logo would probably be closer to an illustration in order to get a bold, modern feel.
