I need a turnkey designer!

For ongoing multiple projects I need a creative, attentive, highly capable expert graphics designer to quickly facilitate the delivery of individual projects that can range from; a.) logo design, b.) business plans and presentation designs, c.) slide shows and decks, d.) brochures, folder media kits, inserts, business cards, stationery/letterhead and anything I need.

I have (2) great designers now and they are awesome but they cannot handle the work load at present and I need more help. Must be able to work quickly and deliver high quality. I am an expert at what I do so I can instruct my designer(s) easily, I just need a commitment to deliver high quality work, make any edits I need, deliver source files in addition to print ready files and work with me long term (see my portfolio at into-reality dot com).
