I need a new Logo and a Professional Powerpoint Template

I need a bespoke Professional logo (Logo + Text, as per examples), Colour Palate and a Powerpoint Template (Title slide, Divider Slide, 5 x template content slides) for my company - Phenutest. I need logos mocked up on devices and packaging.

Phenutest is a startup Medical Diagnostics Business which is developing a diagnostic test for Urinary Tract Infections.

We have identified a colour blue which we'd like included in our logo - see examples attached. We'd like our logo to feel high tech with some combination of themes of bacteria, multiplication, dividing (i.e. bacteria dividing), accuracy, light, fluorescence. Powerpoint slides needs to be professionally formatted, with multiple slide types for different purposes (some more text heavy, some diagrammatic, some simple messages)
