I need a logo logo design for our market share leader program

We are looking for a freelance graphic designer to create a logo for our new global market share leader program. The logo will need a room to show the vendor name, indicate that they are the leader of XXX market of the year or say they are # 1 of the year, description of category. It should have perhaps a look and feel of badge/icon/awards given by other market research firms for their quadrant/scorecard reports.

Vendor who earn this badge/icon from us can use the logo for bragging they are the number 1.

We don't prefer fancy look. We prefer simple, modern, and elegant look.

We need this logo by late January if possible.
