I need a logo for a website which provides information about real estate

Information for the business: We plan to provide info. called "Real Estate Views"
Type of logo: Emblem
Brand name/slogan in logo: Real Estate Views
Number of revisions: 2 or 3
Ideas for the visual style: designer's choice
Preferred colors: designer's choice
Where the design will be used: web
Extra notes: Logo designer to come up with own ideas for a new logo & deliver 1st draft in 2 days and final in 3 days.
But I also have my own idea where a logo I used in the past is to be placed within a shape I purchased online, with both of these images to be delivered to the designer on day 4 for delivery in day 6.

The successful designer may also be asked to design a special banner for the website on day 8 but that will be an additional job for which the designer will be given first preference.
