I need a logo for a company name I'm considering "7stages".

We are a services company that provide a range of financial services to people as they progress through life. I've seen a logo I really like that would serve as a guide as to what I'd like it to look like. Brand colours are dark red, green, black white & grey. I'm thinking of adding a cyan blue.
