I need a Logo Created for Letterhead/Business cards and Website

I have a (shipping) pallet company in Nashville aka Music City. The name of my company is Music City Pallet Company (MCPC)
I need a professional logo created for this company.
I am very flexible but have 2 other partners that must agree on the design. Will probably take about 3-5 revisions.

The ideas I'd like to incorporate are 1) obviously, Pallets 2) music note or music symbols (for Nashville) 3) the skyline of Nashville - in particular, the "Batman building" it's the skyline icon of Nashville or silhouette. 4) our primary colors are grey and orange.
Completely open to your artistic ideas, but keep in mind, we'd eventually like to have the logo embroidered on our shirts later down the line.

I'm looking for something very professional that can be used for business cards, letterhead, website design and general graphics for emails.
Nothing remotely close to clip-art is acceptable.

I need this to impress possible investors.
Time is urgent but not demanded.
I'd like to have this wrapped up within a week to 10 days max.

**There were some nice Nashville Skylines silhouettes (even the outline could work) I just 'googled'. You'll see the 'Batman Building" I'm talking about. You can even google that to see the image.
