I need a logo and brand guidelines created

I am looking for a designer that can help establish a brand and logo for the new company I am about to start. The company will be a recruitment agency called Blocruitment. I would like to work with someone that has experience working with subliminal imagery. My logos I like the most are ones with hidden messages. Like Amazon with the A to Z and FedEx with the arrow. Once you see these crafty hidden messages, they're hard to unsee.
