I need a distinctive new brand logo

Are you interested in designing a logo for a new gelato? The brand name is Eclypse and our target segments are primarily young adults looking for a healthy and nutritious alternative to 'my favourite ice cream'. The logo should be fun, personable and distinctive, and contain the tagline 'superfood delight'. It will be traded in a scoop shop called Izmoo initially, so needs to compliment/contrast their branding. I have attached their logo. We will be expanding the range to include vegan options so we cannot use dairy symbols like Izmoo. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.
