I need a detailed graphic design done. complex coat of arms not your regular logo

Hi, i would like to create a logo design that is very similar to the attached logo design but with some bespoke changes that i will send you in a spec. Advanced graphic designers with very detailed logo design/graphic design skills only please.

i have also attached a screenshot of the basic idea of the design. i will be changing up elements of this design.
i want to keep the lion, the dragon, the centre shield and crown but with some changes that i will send you in a detailed word document.
final deliverables will be :
1)the logo design, similar to the one attached with a black background just like in the attachment, with my slogan on the left instead of " Coat of arms" like in the photo.
2)another version with a white background
3) and a version that is superimposable onto any colour background
