Graphic design

I am re-posting this, as the previous designer could not get it right.

I need an exact copy of the logo but in high res, large scale.
Important things to note:
* the elliptical shape at the bottom has got a embossed/3d look too it, this is important to keep.
* the relative size is also important.
* must be on a transparent back ground
* the source files must be supplied with final delivery.
