Format letterhead into usable letterhead for Word & Excel

Please see attached letterhead which is a scanned copy. We haven't got a copy of our letterhead in a format which we can add into Word documents or Excel documents or any other document for that matter. Ideally we'd like to have the attached in a format which is straight and can easily be added into word and excel documents. If you could also create a word doc and excel doc with it already in for me that would be helpful.
