Design of logo / caption for tourism products

I would like a design for the use on tourism products such as mugs, fridge magnets, t-shirts, key rings etc.

There are two phrases I would like a design for:

Lose The Stress Visit Skipness

and

I left my soul on Skipness beach

I would like full rights to the design and the replication of the design on physical, digital and advertising media once the job is completed. So please price the job accordingly.

Skipness is a remote area of Scotland. The sea and the mountains of Arran are predominant features in Skipness life. I have attached some photos of the area for you to try and get a flavour of where we are. There is a castle, a church, a shop, a school, a village hall, a ruined church and graveyard yards from the sea on the headland. Skipness is a long line of houses skirting the beach. In the castle grounds is the seafood cabin where people can go and eat the catch of the day al fresco.

I've attached three files - they look like old .xls files. If you rename them to make them .zip files you'll be able to access the photos. Any problems please give me a shout.
