Design a logo/website and stationary for my new business

i would like a logo/brand created for my new venture. something professional but catchy, business is called tangled technology, specializing in computer repairs and much more. It will have to be something i can build a brand around i.e a logo that can be used on website, stationary, advertising.

secondly i would like a website designed for me, it doesn't have to be an e-commerce solution but more advertising i.e a brochure of what we do our prices and contact info. selling will happen later probably through an ebay shop. SEO i.e. first page of google or no fee! i need to be able to take full control of the site once its been designed so i can host with a provider of my choice and make changes as and when i see fit.

i would also like a facebook page designed and a twitter page, and the mobile version of the actual site.

Finally some stationary, double sided business cards, letter heads, compliment slips, invoices, quotes, leaflets. Design is fine for now, but will consider printing for business cards (5000 or so) and leaflets if the price is right!

I understand 'the what i am willing to pay' may have have to increase and will happily do so, if the someone can carry out the work in full to my specification.
