Creative Graphic Designer - logo design

Hi,

I have recruitment agency that is currently going through a rebrand and we are looking for someone that could create a really cool & bold phoenix but in a subtle way. (our clientele are technology start-ups & scale ups) so we are looking for a designer that is creative and that could come up with ideas and designs himself.

We would like this phoenix to be a subtle one where you can't really 100% see it's a phoenix but still it to be bold enough our business is called Eximium Recruitment.
