Create a business logo

I want somebody to create a business logo for a dog salon related website. I would like the dog attached to sit inside the second picture attached with the dog's paws hanging over the ribbon at the base of the picture. What's more, the name of the site (kingly puppies world) should be written on the ribbon of the logo in calligraphy font.
