Convert Photo of Logo into High-Quality Editable Vector File

Hello,
I’m looking for a skilled graphic designer to recreate my logo from a photo into a high-resolution editable electronic format (such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF).

The logo is for Waterloo & District Motor Club, established in 1923. I will provide a clear image of the current logo, and I would like the final version to be clean, scalable, and suitable for print and digital use (flyers, merchandise, web, etc.).
