Contemporary Logo Designer Required

We require a logo designed (with full copyright), for a new branch of our media production business - specialising in the genres of International Reggae & Dancehall. We want all elements reflected in the logo and have attached b&w sample of the top idea that the team put together, but we really need someone to give us that magic to make us stand out from the crowd!!
