Company logo redesign

Redesign of the attached company logo of a small limited company, providing 3D CAD modelling services to clients. The company name is C3D Solutions, the new logo (just like the old one) shall contain the C3D letters, this time the ellipse shaped by the letters.

The design is for the ellipse only, the "Solutions" label is not included. The logo shall be created in colour and grayscale version, both filled and contour only. The current colour is #509c35, if the new design contains any other colour, let me know. No shadows, contours, 3D print, or any other enhancements are required at this stage. The image background must be transparent around the ellipse and white inside, if letters do not cover something. Preferred file formats are native files of the image editor software plus *.png, export, minimum resolution is 1920x1080.
