Company Branding (Someone with Graphic design experience)

I need and experienced graphic designer to design my company logo. WHAT WE DO-We are a Fine Wine Brokerage that uses our connections with both producers and consumers of Fine Wine to determine what wines will increase in value.
WHY- Create a successful fine wine brokerage that has long term sustainability for customers, employees and shareholders. Mission- Create a company framework which is underpinned by service, transparency and profitability which enables a constant flow of new clients and client satisfaction. Hopefully this gives you an idea of what my business stands for and what we are looking for. The ideal candidate has strong background knowledge and experience in Graphic design and will design a logo rather than type text from paint or word and then put forward the work.
