Business logo for a real estate company

The name of the company is Avenues Property Investors.
We started this company with the goal of achieving our financial independence. We specialize in buying, selling and renting out real estate in Spain, mainly in the region of Cataluna. As we are still in the ealy stages, we aim at expanding our network and learn/share knowledge with other investors.
We are looking for a clean and modern logo, in tones of blue, white, black and gold.
The name of the company was inspired by Kuwait, Middle East since we lived some time in this country and this was also where we started thinking about our company. If we could somehow show some reference to the Middle East that would be a nice to have. For example, some reference to the sun rise or sand dunes. But this is not a must.
