Business Logo Design Required

Hi there.

I am looking for someone who can design a logo for a business I am starting. I have a few ideas in mind which I have been jotting down as references however am not the best skilled in pulling it all together to look business worthy.

The company:

The company is called PARC MAISON PROPERTY SERVICES or PMPS as initials.
It is a property services company aimed at landlords and estate agents to manage and maintain properties on their behalf offering services such as (but not limited to)
- Reactive maintenance/repairs (plumbing, electrics, fabric etc)
- Painting/Decorating
- Check in/Check Out reports
- Energy Efficiency Certificates
- Window cleaning
- Planned/Statutory maintenance (boiler checks, AC checks, emergency lighting etc)
- Portable Appliance Testing

The direct target range will initially be residential properties/flats/estates as well as small business and possibly retail.

I want something that is modern, unique, innovative. Something that brings a bit of excitement to the table and is modern.
