Ideas for the visual style: I am appealing to landlords and letting agents so needs to be professional but not boring.
Where the design will be used: mainly web material including facebook, linked-in email and web site.
Extra notes: I am looking for brand identity and possible logo for my new business, Rated Rooms. Rated Rooms provides accommodation to working professionals by way of a room in a house full of other professionals. I source the houses from other landlords who see my proposition as a way of achieving a higher return on their investment. The branding is therefor focussed on the Landlords that will be supplying the properties to me as i need to create a sense of credibility and establishment. The branding is NOT targeted at the professionals who will be taking the rooms.
