A logo producing from a design idea I have

Type of logo: Character
Brand name/slogan in logo: Filomena Rodriguez
Ideas for the visual style: attached
Preferred colors: purple (hex color as stated )
Where the design will be used: website
Extra notes: A logo producing based on the idea below. The phoenix will need re drawing so that it looks better. Underneath the phoenix where there is a line going around the bottom of the phoenix, I would like this line to be replaced with the following text wrapping around:

FILOMENA RODRIGUEZ (in capitals - this needs to be in the hex color #755990 .

I also want this hex color (#755990) to be used for the phoneix (I don't want the whole of the phoenix this color) . It would be ok to use a little bit of black in the phoenix, but no other color.

I need this providing as a photoshop or illustrator file (so that I can edit myself in the future if needed). Also as a png file (it's for a website) . The background needs to be transparent (not white). 300 dpi minimum please
