A logo for personal branding

I require a logo for personal branding. I want the logo to contain the Initial 'SA' with the 'A' slightly overlapping the 'S'. I require the font to be in style of 'Nicolas Cochin EF Regular' or similar alternatives. I would like all most common file types for varied use of the completed file. I would also like it on multiple colour way including metallic gold, metallic silver, black, white and two other suggested options. I require a quick turnaround on this project and would be available for a phone call to allow thing to progress quickly.
