ORIGINAL hand-drawn sketch portrait #4

ORIGINAL hand drawn figure on paper. Then, scan it in 300 DPI (printable quality) jpeg and svg formats. I will NOT pay more than US$100.

I've had a couple of jobs recently wherein the artist simply traced the image, or applied some weird overlay. I need the artist to draw the image BY HAND.

I have 10 total that need to be done, but I'm starting with this first one. I WANT THE IMAGE IN THE ATTACHMENT drawn free hand with excellent quality.
