This client didn't provide regular feedback, showed serious lack of etics, didn't respond to questions for days, didn't respond to multiple revisions, dissapeard after the work was finished, without sorting out the payment. PPH support had to be involved because she disappeared!
I delivered premium high realistic detailed illustrations of 4 characters with multiple versions of some and significant changes and repaintings.
I am proud of the work that I've delivered and created with soul.
And without a trace of shame she left a poor review!

She kept me in the picture, all throughout the duration, checking if what she had produced was what I'd had in mind...and she really couldn't have been more spot on. Wimbledon, GBMy Grandfather passed away in 1958 with no recorded image of him. My Mother is one of the last surviving relatives to know what he looks like and Jelena undertook this project initially for free but gave me encouragement, structure and method. She remained honest and transparent about her limitations and maintained excellent communication managing my expectations at each stage. She produced over 50 images to bring my Grandfather to life and reluctantly accepted payment.
A committed compassionate and gifted professional.
