I need a basic powerpoint presentation designed

I have a presentation I am working on for a client. It is around a 100 slides. It is very text based with flat images (there is little video). I need the whole things designed and formatted, and creative flourishes added where needed. Logos and company branding will need to be inserted.
I think initially a days work is needed working on a draft version with a lot missing. This will allow me to work from the template, And then once complete in a couple of weeks time further work will be needed to complete it and to make sure it all looks perfect.
