Converting current designs to AI

I have product packaging designs that need to be re-created in AI onto their die-cut

I will provide all of the fonts and images, all I need is for the packaging to be reconstructed in AI.
1 has been completed - if you can import the elements over from the one in AI and resize it for the others, that works too so long as it matches up with the original.

The product is photo paper so some items will have text regarding Matte and Glossy.
There are also 2 size variations of each 10 pack and 40 pack - everything will be provided for you to work from.

I've provided examples of the original PSD file that you'll be working from and the re-created AI version, they feature a slight change where the sides need to be re-located but everything else is the same.

There are 8 designs to be recreated in total each with 2 size variations - the packs of 10 are envelope boxes which do not feature sides to edit.
