Description
Experience Level: Expert
Fixed price project. Children's book with approx 30 story pages and cover about a BlueJay family. Script will be sent. Title: A lie that hid the truth. Approximately 20 days turnaround. Example of BlueJay birds included.
Expected deliverables: each illustration will be delivered one by one for review and any suggested edits to be incorporated.
If possible, perhaps each page can also be saved in a format where just the contours of the images are shows (after the images is created) so that kids can also use pages after the story as a coloring book. In other words, if there is an easy way to create the story images with color and then somehow easily save that same image in some format that becomes an image without colors, kids can use the second part of the book to color it.
Specifications for final images:
Single source files in .pdf, .jpg/.jpeg, .tif/.tiff, .ppm, or .png formats.
Images need to follow Amazon Kindle and Paperback format requirements.
All images should be sized at 100%, flattened to one layer, and inserted into your manuscript file at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch); higher resolution is even better. For cover art, we recommend flattening all layers into a single, high-resolution (300 DPI) image.
Trim size for paperbacks in the U.S. is 6" x 9" (15.24 x 22.86 cm).

You should be asking for AI images did you know that illustrators typically ask for 50% of royalties especially for a price as low as yours? Also there are extra fees as you will have to purchase the rights to all artwork.

Hi Suzana, Are you still looking for the right freelancer to help you with the project? Shall I place a proposal?
Many Thanks,
Alma
