2D Characters Animations

For the presentation movie of a windmill filmed with real images, I am looking for a 2D animator that can animate the mascot characters who are the mascots. Only the characters animations are concerned (no backgrounds). They will be used to show some elements during the movie.
You can find attached below some samples of the characters that need to be animated.
Characters have to be drawnt with a close art direction as the original material.
