Planning drawings will be supplied for 5.0m x 3.2m single storey side extension to detached property.
Building regulations detailed design drawings required.
Proposed ground block and beam floor with structural insulated timber frame, ideally using Actis insulation. Low pitched slate roof.
Simple, quick and cheap drawings needed, potentially further work for future client projects as well as my own development projects.

    (1) whether you need the full Building Regs submission set (plans/sections/elevations + key construction details/specs for Building Control), or just GA detail drawings for tender?

    (2) Do you need structural engineer calculations/details included (beam sizes, padstones, foundations/block & beam design), or will those be supplied separately?
