Submit Planning Application, including plans and dealing with LA

I am looking to covert a building into two shops and the upstairs to a 2 bedroom flat. A previous owner had plans drawn up, please see them attached. I have made some notes on where i wanted things to slightly change.

• Develop all proposed plans for the scheme as outlined in brief
• Prepare and submit full relevant prior approval applications to the LA.
Other tasks:
• Draw existing plans from plans provided.
• Prepare all planning drawings, including, existing and proposed plans, elevations, sections and perspectives – from existing plans provided.
• Prepare and submit application to LA
• Full liaison with LA through Planning Application through to determination.

Please can you confirm prices to
• All design information required to construct the project completed.
Other tasks:
• Prepare the architectural specification
• Prepare the architectural technical design in sufficient detail to enable a tender to be obtained
Will anything need to be submitted to the LA for this part?


I am not sure at cost for this service so placed it at £1000 as a round number,
