Skilled interior designer to create modern contemporary home from 2D floor plan

Design details: I have a 2d floor plan of a single family home from which I would like to create a virtual video tour

I really need a skilled interior designer who understands "HOME STAGING" to bring this plan to life (with a Modern contemporary look) so that anybody who takes a tour of the video will SERIOUSLY want this house to be their home.

1. Select colour scheme. Both External and internal (for each room).
2. Design furniture layout & select modern contemporary furniture pieces
3. Position decorative pieces, paintings, etc
