Sketches and drawing for "flying house" project

We are looking for an experienced freelance architect to assist us with the final design of our new home—a "flying house" where the first floor will be elevated 3 meters above ground level.

What we’ve done so far:
We’ve created a floor plan and basic layout using floorplanner.com.
We have the necessary dimensions from local authorities.

What we need from you:
Floorplan Refinement:
Take our current floor plan and ensure all measurements are accurate and properly displayed.
The updated plan should meet professional standards with clear dimensions.

Exterior Design:
Design and draw the exterior based on our concept. We will provide screenshots and detailed explanations to guide the design.
The exterior should capture the essence of our elevated structure and be in line with our vision.

What we’ll provide:
Examples of completed projects with similar characteristics, so you can see the level of detail and quality expected for this project.

Key Deliverables:
A revised, accurate floorplan.
A professional exterior design that visualizes the elevated structure.
