Residential garage conversation and add on

Hello! We are looking for someone to assist with new drawings and plans for a Residential Garage Conversion, second story add on and extension to a home in Woodland Hills, CA. We would need an initial site visit to measure and go through the vision of what we are trying to accomplish. The garage would be converted into a living area, with laundry "room" and also, we would need to make an area for the water heater and salt tank. We would like to add a second story above the garage to make into a master suite with walk in closet and master bathroom. Then, we would like to extend the side of the home to match the old garage footprint which would open it up into the new living area. We would need architectural drawings and plans, ready to submit to LADBS. Please let us know if this is something you can do! Thank you
