Rendering and some design work on a office bulding

We have an existing office building that we will extend. Its a 1 floor bulding now, but we will make it 2 floors.
We have a rough plan of it, but need some nice renderings for marketing purposes.
The freelancer will also need to do some basic design work on it. The position and size of the windows, interior wall and external look of the bulding need to be changed, because the existing bulding plan, was for a different purpose.

The aim is to make it look like a nice office building. Also to show it with some parked cars around and so on.
