Photorealistic 3D renders for already drawn projects in sketchUp

Hi all,
I am finally ready ! I need someone to created PHOTOREALISTIC VISUALS WITH VERY HIGH QUALITY for my finished projects already drawn in sketch up.

I need 5 renders of:
Project 1. 1x kitchen, 1x living room.
Project 2. 1x kitchen, 1x hallway
Project 3. 1x bathroom and toilet.

I am looking for someone who can set up good lighting, textures, reflections, views from windows etc. If some of the models for example plants arent good enough quality - then I would like you to swap it for the better one. If material on sofa doenst show texture, then I would like you to change it etc. Not just take my projects and press render - this I can do myself :)

The first picture is sketch up drawing I will provide. Second one is my render - this is not good enough quality I am after so therefore I am looking for someone who can do renders with the render quality like on the 3rd picture attached.

My budget for all 5 renders is 150pounds.

Should this go well - this could be long term partnership.
