Mini Resort design and landscaping

I want to create a mini resort on 3095m2 (almost 36m2 X 85m2). Building must not exceed 50% of the land size (about 1500m2). the resort shall include:

1. as many as possible of cottages or chalets (one bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and rest room, terrace). (You may check targeted models here: https://shop.avrame.com/)
2. small SPA (Gym, Sauna, Steam room and message rooms.
3. Mini market.
4. Swimming pool.
5. BBQ area(s).
6. Mini food & beverage facility.
7. outdoor seatings.

There is a lake close to the location and wish to get the best views.
