Luxurious commercial building

i have attached file has a land size

Will build a Luxurious commercial building or modern and strange shape
has two levels
- Ground floor: has some shops and restaurant (more shops)
- First floor: same like ground floor but (more restaurants)
Shops should have different sizes also restaurants different sizes
- On the roof will use 60% to have a big 5 stars luxury lounge,, and maybe use electronic roof's curtain for that

need to two design for this land to choose:
1- luxury
2- strange and an attractive to Attracts people's attention
