Has to be spoon-fed every bit of detail that should come naturally to a qualified designer. Rushes you to pay his invoice before the job is completed. Makes far too many mistakes, even when you point them out he sends drawings with the same errors but goes on to change something entirely different. I spent so much time sending him markups to correct the mistakes, but even then he sent them back with errors. Finally, he did not complete the work fully, so I obtained a refund from PPH.
