Looking for design help with a full home renovation.

We’re preparing to completely renovate our future home in Coconut Grove, FL, and are seeking professional assistance to refine a new floor plan I’ve drafted in Chief Architect (I only dabble - I'm certainly not a professional). While we like the direction of the current design, we would love a professional to polish and optimize it to create the best possible home.
Key considerations:
• We aim to maintain the existing roof and exterior walls to stay within budget.
• Our aesthetic preference is mid-century modern, emphasizing sleek lighting, unique ceilings, accents, and extensive glass to connect with the outdoors.
• The design should account for load-bearing requirements to ensure it can transition easily into engineering documentation.
