Landscape design for a new house in UAE

I need a landscape designer to design this backyard in a house in UAE. The designer should be familiar with UAE especially the weather condition and understand what type of plants can planted.
The backbyard is facing north, we need a space where it can be cozy, family oriented, have a place for family gathering and BBQ but also relax. We don't monde water feature but it should be limited to a small fountain or waterfall. We viaioned it to have tropical feeling including trees and plants that protect us from the summer sun and provide us with privacy.
I will need the following
1. 2D landscape layout with dimensions and elevation
2. 3D rendering
3. List of plants types and other feasures details
