I'm looking for an interior designer to help optimise the layout of a small commercial kitchen in our Apulian restaurant near Liverpool Street, London. The designer must be local, so they can come and have a look at the space.

The focus is on improving workflow, integrating new equipment (like an undercounter dishwasher), and ensuring compliance with UK regulations. Ideally, you have experience in small hospitality spaces and are available for a site visit soon.
