INTERIOR DESIGNER NEEDED FOR OFFICE REFURBISHMENT PROJECT - UK ONLY.

We are in the process of acquiring an office block which we are planning to split into serviced offices and sub lease to tenants. As part of the refurbishment work we would like to employ an interior designer to help us to design / decorate and furnish the following areas:

- Reception
- Business Lounge
- Meeting room
- Communal corridors and stairs.

We wish to add the "wow" factor to these areas and are look for attractive , neutral and contemporary designs.

We expect the following services from applicants:

1) Site visit to take measurements and discuss the project (Site is in Chadwell Heath London (Essex border), post code RM6 6AX (approximately 25 minutes from Liverpool street station).

2) Full planning and design of areas including 3D modelling.

3) Assistance in sourcing all materials and furniture.

4) Ad hoc site visits while building work is taking place just to check all is in order (we will be using our own builders but welcome a designer bringing in their own experienced / specialised craftsmen if deemed necessary)

Attached are a few photographs of the areas that need to be worked on. Auto CAD can be supplied on request.
We have also attached architect drawings that show the areas that need to be worked on.

Please provide examples of previous interior design work especially work carried out on commercial premises.

Please provide quotations based on points 1 - 4 above. Budget and fees are negotiable
